The Westin Savanah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa has a block of rooms between Monday, September 16 and Sunday, September 22 at the group rate of $199/night (State Employees) and $263/night (Attendees).
GENERAL RATE INFORMATION
Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 13% and $2.50 occupancy tax per room per night, plus $5.00 GA Hotel/Motel fee. Room rates do not include the Resort charge of $20.00. There are no automatic or mandatory charges, tips, gratuities, or services charges for employees, unless otherwise expressly stated. Taxes are subject to change.
PARKING
Resort self-parking is currently available at the reduced rate of $20.00 per day per car for guests. 24 hour valet parking is available for $35.00 a night with unlimited in and out privileges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
REGISTRATION cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] no later than 5:00pm EST on September 9, 2024 to receive an 80% refund. No refunds will be accepted after September 9, 2024 at 5:00pm EST.
SPONSORSHIP cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] no later than 5:00pm EST on September 2, 2024 to receive an 80% refund. No refunds will be accepted after September 2, 2024 at 5:00pm EST.
